Preparedness [More
...]
At Baker, our Crisis and Consequence Management services focus on
preparedness activities with an all-risk, all-hazards approach in assisting both
public and private sector clients to plan and prepare for natural disasters,
technological emergencies, internal/external risks and terrorism threats. With
advance preparation, planning, training, and exercising, private and public
organizations are able to effectively manage the consequences of and minimize
the impacts of these events. Once established, a crisis and consequence
management program should follow an established periodic cycle of planning,
training, and exercising.
