Workforce Nationalization

As the oil and gas industry continues to look to emerging international markets for future growth opportunities, there will be an increased need for highly skilled and trained industry professionals in countries and regions where they may currently be scarce. Many host governments in these emerging markets require that local personnel fill a specific percentage of available positions within a limited period of time, which necessitates efficient and effective training of a local workforce.
