At Baker, our purpose is creating value by delivering innovative and sustainable solutions for infrastructure and the environment. Integral to that purpose is to create value in and ensure the sustainability of the communities where we live and conduct business. To that end, we – the company and our employees – donate funds, volunteer time and contribute in-kind gifts to help improve the quality of life in these communities.

Financial support is provided to individuals and organizations primarily in the areas of Arts and Culture, Education, and Health and Human Services. We also contribute to similar endeavors coordinated by many of the Professional Societies in which our employees participate.

Across the company and throughout the country, Baker employees donate their time and efforts on behalf of various charitable causes. To the right under Community Projects are just a few of the examples of these volunteer activities.
