A primary role of National Business Park is to house key government contractors that support critical missions at Fort Meade. As the third office building in a three-building campus, this new 6-story building provides 155,000 square feet of high quality office space and a 730-space parking structure. The building was designed for compatibility with the first two buildings in the office park. The masonry structure includes precast and curtain wall accents and a clearly articulated arrival and entrance point to add character and visual interest.
