Baker’s services at Piedmont International Airport (GSO) began with encouraging FedEx to select GSO over competing airports for its new Mid-Atlantic Hub, and finalizing the proposal and scope for program management, airfield planning, and preliminary engineering design services.  After being identified as overall program and construction manager, Baker has provided ongoing delivery of these management services and successful completion of technical and planning tasks.
