Baker worked with Metro Property Developers from 1994 to 2004 to develop an approximately 175-acre parcel of land as a commercial/retail area, preparing conceptual site layouts for prospective tenants and providing design and construction-phase services to various retailers including Target, Home Depot, Circuit City, Wal-Mart, Sam’s Club and Best Buy.
