For almost 60 years, Baker has been the Authority’s retained engineer.  With a system consisting of two surface water treatment plants, seven distribution system pumping facilities, 14 water storage tanks, and over 300 miles of distribution and transmission lines, the Authority serves over 18,000 homes throughout 22 municipalities in Western Pennsylvania.
