The North Texas Tollway Authority selected Baker as Design Section Engineer for Section 5 of the Trinity Parkway, a proposed new location toll road approximately nine miles in length which will provide a reliever route to the west of downtown Dallas.  Section 5 will connect from the IH 35E/SH 183 interchange northwest of downtown to the US 175/SH 310 interchange southeast of downtown, and will consist of up to six tolled main lanes, local street interchanges and freeway-to freeway interchanges at the northern terminus, southern terminus, Woodall Rodgers Freeway, and IH 45.
