	-- Sam Darghous, P.E., to vice president and Customs and Border Protection market national director. In this role, he is responsible for the overall financials and development of the growing portfolio in the Homeland Security market. Darghous has over 20 years of civil engineering and project and program management experience supporting federal projects. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Youngstown State University.
	-- Andrea Ryon, P.E., PMP, CFM, D.WRE, to vice president and regional manager of the Civil and Environmental Engineering (C&EE) practice. In this role, she is responsible for C&EE operations from Maryland to Georgia. Ryon has over 20 years of water resources engineering and program/project management experience supporting federal, state, private and local clients. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Duke University and a Master’s Degree in Water Resources Engineering from Stanford University.
	-- Jeffrey L. Sparrow, P.E., CFM, to vice president and FEMA market national director. In this role, he is responsible for the overall financials and development goals for FEMA. Sparrow has over 22 years of water resources engineering and project/program management experience supporting federal, state and local projects. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Engineering Technology, a minor in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware, and a Master’s of Business Administration from George Mason University.
